步驟 1 – 填寫登記表格 STEP 1 – Complete the Registration Form

- 支票抬頭名稱 (「賣方」) – 請使用正楷字母填寫。 請注意，劃線支票將會發給閣下在此提供的名稱。 Name of cheque payee (“Seller”) – Please use BLOCK LETTERS. Please note that crossed cheques will be made payable to the Seller using the name provided by you.
- 通訊地址 (用作郵寄支票) – 請清楚準確地寫下郵寄地址，地址必需是在香港的。 Mailing address (for receiving cheque payment) – Please print or write the address clearly and accurately. The address must be an address in Hong Kong.
- 聯絡電話 – 請提供手機號碼，以便我們與閣下聯絡以核對閣下提供的資料。 Mobile number – Please provide a mobile number so that we can contact you to verify the information provided by you.
- 數量 – 請清楚列明每種不同類別的現金券/禮券（港幣 25 元、港幣 50 元、港幣 100 元或港幣 888 元）的出售數量。 Quantity – Please clearly state the number of vouchers you are interested in selling for each different type of voucher (i.e. HK$25, HK$50, HK$100 or HK$888).
- 賣方簽署 – 請閣下在閱讀、理解並同意登記表格上的確認書之後才在登記表下方簽署。 Signature of Seller – Please read the acknowledgement and only sign the Registration Form if you understand and agree with the acknowledgement.
步驟 2 – 提交登記表格和現金券/禮券正本 STEP 2 – Submit the Registration Form and Original Vouchers
方法 1 – 親臨到場(2022年11月19-20日) Method 1 – In Person (on 19 and 20 November 2022)
登記表格及現金券/禮券正本可由賣方或賣方指定的其他人仕親身到香港北角馬寶道28號華匯中心地庫的服務台（港鐵北角站A2出口）遞交。 The Registration Form and original vouchers may be submitted by either the Seller or any other individuals appointed by the Seller at the Service Counter at Basement, China United Centre, 28 Marble Road, North Point, Hong Kong (MTR North Point Station Exit A2).
- 2022 年 11 月 19 日（星期六）上午 10時 至下午 7時 19 November 2022 (Saturday) 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- 2022 年 11 月 20 日（星期日）上午 10時 至下午 6時 20 November 2022 (Sunday) 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
方法 2 – 親臨到場(2022年11月21日後) Method 2 – In Person (AFTER 21 November 2022)
登記表格及現金券/禮券正本可由賣方本人或賣方指定的其他人仕親身到 Briscoe Wong Advisory Limited 辦公室遞交。 The Registration Form and original vouchers may be submitted by either the Seller or any other individuals appointed by the Seller at the offices of Briscoe Wong Advisory Limited as follows:-

方法 3 – 郵寄 Method 3 – By Post
重要提示 – 在郵寄現金券/禮券之前，閣下必須就每一張現金券/禮券拍一張照片，照片需要清楚地顯示現金券/禮券的所有條碼。請保留這些照片直到閣下收到我們的支票。胡迪有限公司（購買方）或 Briscoe Wong Advisory Limited 均不會就任何因郵遞失誤遺失的現金券/禮劵而導致的損失承擔和負責。IMPORTANT NOTE – Before mailing any vouchers to us, you must take a photo clearly showing all the barcodes of all the vouchers that you are sending by mail. You must retain those photos until such time as you have received your cheque from us. Woody’s Company Limited (Purchaser) nor Briscoe Wong Advisory Limited shall be liable for any loss incurred relating to any vouchers which are lost in the mail.
登記表格及現金券/禮券正本可郵寄至「Briscoe Wong Advisory Limited香港北角馬寶道28號華匯中心8樓818室」。The Registration Form and original vouchers can be mailed to “Briscoe Wong Advisory Limited, Room 818, 8/F, China United Centre, 28 Marble Road, North Point, Hong Kong”.
步驟 3 – 請耐心等候我們的處理 STEP 3 – Be patient and wait for your cheque
我們以現金券/禮券上的條碼驗證閣下的現金券/禮券的有效性。之前已使用及條碼被更改、污損或難以辨認的現金券/禮券均不符合資格。任何不合資格的現金券/禮券將不會退還給賣方。We will verify the eligibility of your vouchers using the barcodes appearing on the vouchers. Any vouchers which have been previously presented will not be eligible. Any vouchers with barcodes that have been altered, defaced, damaged or are illegible will not be eligible. Any vouchers not eligible for sale will not be returned to the Seller.
如果閣下的現金券/禮券符合條件，我們將開出一張支票，抬頭為賣方名稱（按登記表格上所填寫的），並以普通郵寄方式發送至郵寄地址（按登記表格上所填寫的）。 If your voucher is eligible, a cheque will be made payable to the name of the Seller (as shown in the Registration Form) and sent by ordinary post to the mailing address (as shown in the Registration Form).
我們的目標是在收到閣下的登記表格和現金券/禮券正本後45天內將支票郵寄給閣下。We aim to mail your cheque to you within 45 days of receiving your Registration Form and original vouchers.
常見問題 Frequently Asked Questions
問1 Q1 會否有任何憑證/收據確認我提交的現金券/禮券正本？ Is there any acknowledgment of receipt in relation to the original coupons which I submit?
答1 A1 我們會先核對提交的現金券/禮券正本數量。核對無誤後，我們會在你的登記表格上蓋印。請你拍下已蓋印的登記表格並保留有關照片以作憑證。重要提示：已蓋印的登記表格不等同承認你提交的現金券/禮券正本符合銷售條件及被接納。所有提交的現金券/禮券正本必須經過驗證，並必需符合下列問4的所有銷售條件，才會被接納。 After we have checked that the number of original vouchers submitted is correct, we will then stamp your Registration Form. Please take a photo of the stamped Registration Form as your acknowledgment of receipt. IMPORTANT NOTE: The stamped Registration Form is not an admission that any of your vouchers are eligible for sale. To be eligible for sale, the original vouchers submitted will have to be verified and must meet all the sale conditions as per Q4 below.
問2 Q2 如果我的現金券/禮券正本符合銷售條件，我什麼時候可以收到支票？ When will I receive my cheque if any of my original coupons are eligible for sale?
答2 A2 我們會在收到登記表格和符合銷售條件的現金券/禮券後的 45 天內把支票郵寄給你。 We aim to mail your cheque to you within 45 days of receiving your Registration Form and eligible vouchers.
問3 Q3 如果我在 45 天後仍沒收到支票怎麼辦？ What can I do if I do not receive my cheque after 45 days?

問4 Q4 什麼情況下我的現金券/禮券不被接受？ Why is my voucher not eligible for sale?
答4 A4 現金券/禮券正本必需符合下列的所有銷售條件： Only vouchers meeting the following sale conditions are eligible for sale:
- 僅接受有效期為 2022 年 9 月 14 日或之後的現金券/禮券正本，恕不接受任何現金券/禮券影印本/副本。 Only original vouchers with an expiry date on or after 14 September 2022 are eligible. Photocopies of any vouchers will not be accepted.
- 禮券種類分別為HK$25現金券/禮券、HK$50現金券/禮券、HK$100現金券/禮券及HK$888蛋糕禮券。 The four types of eligible vouchers are HK$25 vouchers, HK$50 vouchers, HK$100 vouchers and HK$888 cake vouchers.
- 之前已使用或兌換的現金券/禮券將不符合資格。 Any vouchers which have been previously presented will not be eligible.
- 任何帶有被更改、污損或難以辨認條碼的現金券/禮券將不符合資格。 Any vouchers with barcodes that have been altered, defaced, damaged or are illegible will not be eligible.
購買方保留隨時更改銷售條件、暫停或終止購買現金券/禮券的權利而不另行通知。 The purchaser reserves the right to change the sale conditions, suspend or terminate the purchase of eligible vouchers at any time without prior notice.
問5 Q5 如果我的現金券/禮券不被接納（即支票金額少於已提交現金券/禮券的金額），我可怎樣投訴？ How can I complain if my voucher is not eligible for sale (i.e. the amount of the cheque is less than what I was expecting)?
答5 A5 你可以經電郵 crostini@briscoewong.com 與我們聯絡。購買方保留就任何現金券/禮券是否符合銷售條件的最終決定權。 You may contact us at crostini@briscoewong.com. The purchaser reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of any vouchers.
問6 Q6 我可以取回已提交的現金券/禮券正本嗎？ Will I get back the original vouchers?
答6 A6 不可以。任何符合及不符合銷售條件的現金券/禮券正本均不會退還給你。 No. All original vouchers submitted to us including those not eligible for sale will not be returned to the seller.
問7 Q7 支票可以支付給其他人嗎？ Can the cheque be made payable to another person?
答7 A7 不可以。劃線支票的抬頭（收款人）僅限於你的登記表格上註明的賣方姓名。 No. The crossed cheques will be made payable only to the name of the cheque payee stated on your Registration Form.
問8 Q8 我可以親自領取支票嗎？ Can I collect the cheque in person?
答8 A8 不可以。支票只會以郵寄方式寄到你登記表格上所註明的郵寄地址。 No. Cheques will be sent only to the mailing address stated on your Registration Form.
問9 Q9 何時為出售現金劵/禮劵的最後限期？ When is the deadline for selling Crostini vouchers?
答9 A9 所有登記表格及現金劵/禮劵的正本須於2023年2月28日或之前遞交。 All Registration Forms and original vouchers must be submitted by 28 February 2023.
