Rosenna has worked for more than 11 years in the areas of corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency related engagements and business analysis. She has been involved in a variety of compulsory and voluntary liquidations, receiverships and restructuring assignments in various industries including garment manufacturing and wholesale, printing, publishing, jewellery retail, property investment and management, learning and education, toys, import and export, food and beverage, construction, airline and service industry.
She has extensive experience in investigating the affairs of insolvent companies particularly with a view to uncovering and documenting transactions that can be set aside. These investigations form the basis of negotiations or legal proceedings often resulting in additional recoveries for the benefit of the general body of creditors of companies in liquidation.
She is able to identify problems and provide advice and well-rounded solutions to different stakeholders to optimise the outcome. She can provide technical support to the management of the companies with financial difficulties and assist them in developing exit strategies. She is also experienced in handling distressed assets such as non-performing loans of financial institutions and taking possession of charged assets in Hong Kong and PRC.
Rosenna holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce with a double specialist in Commerce & Finance and in Economics from The University of Toronto. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”), the Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty of the HKICPA and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
