BWA Reindeer Games, Day Four

dashing through the snow...

Jingle Bells

Dashing through the snow
In a one-horse open sleigh
O’er the fields we go
Laughing all the way
Bells on bobtail ring’
Making spirits bright
What fun it is to ride and sing
A sleighing song tonight!
Jingle bells, jingle bells,
Jingle all the way.
Oh! what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh

It’s Day 4 of the BWA Reindeer Games, and what’s better for Reindeer Games than the best known, most popular Christmas song in the world: Jingle Bells.

Here’s a fun fact: it was originally written to celebrate American Thanksgiving and was called “One Horse Open Sleigh.”

Q: Who wrote the song “Jingle Bells?”

Hint: It wasn’t Santa.
